How to journal your way to better mental health

Journalling is something that you have probably heard is great for you, and you might have been told to do it in the past, but it’s also something that can be difficult to be regular and keen with.

But I also know that it’s one of the key weapons I have in my constant fight to maintain the best mental health I can.

I love keeping a journal, and I really want to show you the benefits of it, so you can improve your own mental health with it as well.

In this session, I cover:

  • why journalling is a natural antidote to anxiety
  • how keeping a journal increases your level of self-awareness and also your understanding and empathy
  • emotional regulation is easier with regular journalling
  • it helps with healing, both emotional AND even physical
  • how to start journalling and keep regularly doing it – even if you have been a bit inconsistent in the past
  • an exclusive special offer on your own copy of The Reboot Journal

The 13 ( not  so ) easy ways to build your resilience

The worst thing about resilience is that the only way to it is through failure. But resilience is enviable and strengthening and one of the most engaging traits a human can have and build, so I think it’s definitely worth looking for.

Sometimes I feel like I am really resilient. Other times, I just feel under attack, helpless against it, and I can’t see any way I can recover and move on from my trauma.

But, when I am feeling completely devoid of resilience, I concentrate really hard on 13 things that help me access my resilience again.

In this session, I cover:

  • the things that make us doubt our resilience
  • the people, places, and things that make us need our resilience more than any other
  • the great power of a resilient nature
  • the difference between resilience and lack of emotional intelligence
  • the 13 steps I take to access the most resilient version of myself
  • a very special offer just for viewers of the session

How to let go of fear, and find your strength

I have come to really embrace the notion of being fearful, and have tried to use it more and more as an incentive to grow.

I totally believe that the opposite to fear isn’t courage, it’s curiosity. So I think a lot about how I can try new things, even think new things, to overcome fear or worry in my life.

Fear is a perfectly normal and natural feeling. It’s our way of responding in an appropriate way to physical and emotional danger. If we were unable to feel fear, we would lose all of our protective factors and be dangerously vulnerable.

So let’s stop being afraid of it!

 In this session, I cover:
  • the things that we are most fearful of
  • the things that we should remain fearful of
  • how we can let go of some of our fear to reveal some of our strength
  • a very special offer just for viewers of the session

How to improve your self – love through your self – talk

Let’s be honest. The way that most of us speak to ourselves is pretty terrible. We say some things to and about ourselves that we would never in a million years say to or about someone else.

We are hyper-critical of ourselves. We are impatient and mean and unkind to ourselves. And sometimes, that can mean that we will tolerate some of the same from other people too.

And that’s not OK.

But we can build a defense against that but being mindful of how we speak to ourselves about ourselves. I would love to show you how to start being. better at that.

In this session, I cover:

  • how we speak to ourselves about ourselves
  • the impact that negative self-talk can have on us
  • the impact that our negative self-talk can have on others and their relationship with us
  • how to improve our self-love by first improving our self-talk
  • a very special offer just for viewers of the session
