You’re Invited!

This November, come and join with other like-minded people who want to get hold of their mental health and carry a more positive mindset into the end of this year and the start of the new one.

For many of us, 2020 has been really challenging, and so I am inviting you to move forward more positively and hopefully into 2021 by rebooting your thinking with us.

REBOOT28 is NOT a fitness challenge, and is NOT a weight loss challenge, although there’s a good chance that both your physical and mental fitness will be increased by participating in it with us.

The 28 day challenge includes you completing these tasks EACH DAY for the 28 days in a row:

  • Complete your Reboot Journal entries including daily theme, morning and evening mindfulness, goal setting, daily reflections, free writing, and gratitude. A FREE COPY of The Reboot Journal valued at $19.97 is included.
  • Meditate (at least 15 minutes of guided meditation).
  • Drink 2-4 litres of water.
  • Take 10,000 steps.
  • Complete a movement/exercise/workout session (minimum of 15 minutes of something).
We will be cheering each other on in a private Facebook Group for accountability, motivation, and community-minded support (good vibes).
